دُعَاؤُهُ فِي طَلَبِ السَّتْرِ وَ الْوِقَايَةِ His Supplication in Asking for Covering and Protection 1 O God, bless Muhammad and his Household, أَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّد وَآلِهِ، 1 2 spread for me the bed of Thy honour, وَأَفْرِشْنِي مِهَادَ كَـرَامَتِـكَ، 2 3 bring me to the wateringholes of Thy mercy, وَأَوْرِدْنِي مَشَارِعَ رَحْمَتِـكَ، 3 4 set me down in the midst of Thy Garden, وَأَحْلِلْنِي بُحْبُوحَةَ جَنَّتِكَ، 4 5 stamp me not with rejection by Thee, وَلاَ تَسُمْنِي بِالرَّدِّ عَنْكَ، 5 6 deprive me not through disappointment by Thee, وَلا تَحْرِمْنِي بِـالْخَيْبَةِ مِنْـكَ، 6 7 settle not accounts with me for what I have committed, وَلاَ تُقَاصَّنِي بِمَـا اجْتَرَحْتُ، 7 8 make no reckoning with me for what I have earned, وَلاَ تُنَاقِشْنِي بِمَا اكْتَسَبْتُ، 8 9 display not what I have hidden, expose not what I have covered over, وَلا تُـبْرِزْ مَكْتُوْمِي، وَلاَ تَكْشِفْ مَسْتُورِي، 9 10 weigh not my works on the scales of fairness, وَلاَ تَحْمِلْ عَلَى مِيزانِ الأنْصَافِ عَمَلِي، 10 11 and make not my tidings known to the eyes of the crowd! وَلاَ تُعْلِنْ عَلَى عُيُونِ الْمَلاَءِ خَبَـرِي. 11 12 Conceal from them everything whose unfolding would shame me أَخْفِ عَنْهُمْ مَا يَكُونُ نَشْرُهُ عَلَيَّ عَاراً، 12 13 and roll up before them all which would join me to disgrace with Thee! وَاطْوِ عَنْهُمْ مَا يُلْحِقُنِي عِنْدَكَ شَنَاراً، 13 14 Ennoble my degree through Thy good pleasure, شَرِّفْ دَرَجَتِي بِرِضْوَانِكَ، 14 15 perfect my honour through Thy forgiveness, وَأكْمِلْ كَرَامَتِي بِغُفْرَانِكَ، 15 16 rank me among the companions of the right hand, وَانْظِمْنِي فِي أَصْحَابِ الْيَمِينِ، 16 17 direct me to the roads of the secure, وَوَجِّهْنِي فِي مَسَالِكِ الآمِنِينَ، 17 18 place me in the throng of the triumphant, وَاجْعَلْنِي فِي فَوْجِ الْفَائِزِينَ، 18 19 and through me let the sessions of the righteous thrive! وَاعْمُرْ بِي مَجَالِسَ الصَّالِحِينَ، 19 20 Amen, Lord of the worlds! آمِينَ رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ . 20 |
